phylogenetic stuff #15

from a jessica email: phylogenetic meta-analysis, i.e., manipulation of phylogenies into correlation matrices via R-packages ape (Paradis et al. 2004) and phyTools (Revell 2012), test for models of evolution (e.g., Brownian motion, OU) and methods to account for polytomies in trees using Rpackages ouch (Butler and King 2004) and picante (Kembel et al. 2010); Marc, what is the timeline on this? Do we want to connect the program with metafor’s phylog part?
