This has it as "durbgu" which while it first shows up in TTT https://www.elvish.org/gwaith/movie_ttt.htm#sauron it really really does sound like that. What's the stuff before it? Who knows.

They seemed like they usually just sliced and diced Gû kîbum kelkum-ishi, burzum-ishi. Akha - gûm-ishi ashi gurum. (from https://www.elvish.org/gwaith/movie_fotr.htm 40.) or Daghburz-ishi makha gulshu darulu (from https://www.elvish.org/gwaith/pdf/fotr_annotated_score_2.pdf) if they needed spoopy sounds - but this ain't that.

I'll put it in for now.

Needs more investigation to suss out the others words. I can't make them out, if it's really saying Durbgu then none of the known phrases are used which means it'll be much harder to fit words (for me at least).

THE RING [IN BLACK SPEECH]: <i> Durbgu...
Lord...</i>

There is a possibility it's a very sliced n' diced other previous phrase, but it doesn't sound like it to me (rn at least)
