feat(gds-media-card): support overlay color and blur effect #31

In hindsight, maybe we should abstract out the image into it's own component with these options, and then allow users to set it through a slot? Let me know what you think.

I'll merge this for now since I don't have that much time, but I'd say a followup should be to deprecate this in favor of a slot + <gds-image> or <gds-blurred-image>. I'll be responsible for updating the generogrowth site when that happens.
