Revision of the heterogeneous parameters/machines paper

Compile

Install, besides your usual LaTeX distro,

sudo apt-get install texlive-publishers

for the elsarticle.cls class and

sudo apt-get install texlive-science

for the algorithm class

Then you can run ./compilar for creating a PDF in Linux. In Windows, you can reformat your drive, then install Linux and do the same.
