This workflow is triggered every Sunday using a cron job:

Checks the pangolin repo for new releases
Login to genomicmedicinesweden docker hub
Build two dockers for Illumina; one with tag:latest and one with the following format: current date-p(pangolin version)-L(pangoLEARN version)-c(constellations version)-d(designation version)-s(scorpio)
Push to docker hub

To Do:

[ ] Get login credentials for genomicmedicinesweden
[ ] Build a docker for Nanopore
[ ] Use on: repository_dispatch to check for changes in pangolin's repo

To Discuss:

[ ] Tags to capture all pangolin releases
[ ] Frequency of cron job

How about adding gms-artic version hash to the docker image version?
