This workflow is triggered every day using a cron job:

• [x] Checks the pangolin repo for new releases
• [x] Login to genomicmedicinesweden docker hub
• [x] Build two dockers for Illumina; one with tag:latest and one with the following format
• [x] current date-p(pangolin version)-L(pangoLEARN version)-c(constellations version)-d(designation version)-s(scorpio)
• [x] Push to docker hub

To Do:

• [x] Get login credentials for genomicmedicinesweden
• [ ] Build a docker for Nanopore

@JD2112 Hello, I resolved the conflicts with the base branch but the GHaction pull_request.yml is failing.
