What needs to be done:

All scripts need to be updated for NextFlow >=22 Suggestions on how to get it done:
After release of v2.0, can work on this minor updates What are the arguments for getting it done:
modules, workflows, processes - all to be updated for 22. Task is considered finished when:
Test run successful with nextflow version 22.10.0 or higher.
