Docker build bug #79

What needs to be done: Fix docker build workflow
Fails with the following error: Unhandled exception. System.IO.IOException: No space left on device https://github.com/genomic-medicine-sweden/gms-artic/actions/runs/5987925330/job/16242602524
Suggestions on how to get it done: Workflow requires too much space? Perhaps separate the build into 3 workflows, one for each image?
What are the arguments for getting it done:
Task is considered finished when: Docker files are built and uploaded to docker hub
