add num_cpus flag to PRM file #30

how many CPUs should we limit clustering to? 1?

at least that's how it's done on the latest version of "klusta" https://github.com/kwikteam/klustakwik2/blob/master/klustakwik2/default_parameters.py

not sure about the version of phy we are currently running, since the documentation has been taken down and it's unsupported
