Unicode Character support removed from 2.205 -> 2.206 #29

When reloading my packs after dragging new packs in, the game crashed with an error of unicode characters not being supported. This pack was fully fine when testing in 2.205 but now it isn't.

Just wanted to let you know, doesn't bother me as I can just change the folder name

it was intentionally removed because it didnt work on windows #9
