Preparing for MinSAR and MinoPy as open source projects

Let's organize our code such that other groups can use it and contribute and that we can run on the ASF-Hyp3.

First:

add CSK and ALOS-2 to minsar (stripmap) (Bhuvan)
fix setup for troposphere correction. Add documentation. Add doc on Gacos (Bhuvan). This might be better described in MintPy docs?)
online documentation (MintPy-style), including examples. (Sara - DONE)
start wiki (Sara - DONE)
fix minsar and simplify installation (Sara and Falk):
Replace PARENTDIR by MINSAR_HOME (what other structural changes are needed?)
Better separate minsar, mintpy and minopy installation for both code and environment. Can we consider minopy and minsar as independent packages that need libraries from mintpy? How is this reflected in the installation, directory location? Installing rsmas_insar would give you all three at the same time.
Simplify conda installation similar to MintPy (Alex): https://github.com/insarlab/MintPy/blob/master/docs/conda_env.yml
Install conda environment using MINTPY_HOME/docs/conda.txt, MINOPY_HOME/docs/conda.txt, MINSAR_HOME/docs/conda.txt.
what easy changes will facilitate development of a conda feedstock?
remove bashfiles from repo (in the code, use source default_isce22.conf instead ofs.bgood` for ssh-login but this is also not good)
what do we do about platforms.bash? We could have a defaults/platforms.cfg which can be overwritten with environment variables.
organize repos such that only relevant changes show up in the git history
move from geodesymiami to insarlab (or something similar) to encourage contributions from others
