coveragebug: not all files added to unpack config file #445

Symptom for problem occurrence: a subswath is missing (run_05 failure Bad -- bbox=35.0 36.0

stackSentinel says missing frames. Instead it should say smaller lat range (up to 35.5 or so)

solved with geopandas, I think
