4. After sourcing your environment using `s.bs1` run
```minsarApp.bash $SAMPLESDIR/GalapagosSenDT128.template```
This will download data, a DEM and after about 5 minutes start a workflow using `sbatch`. There are 11 steps, each with one or multiple jobs. When running you should see this printed to your terminal:
