run_02_unpack_secondary_slc : raw data errors to skip

This issue summarizes errors in the raw data that prevent processing. For these errors we plan to automatically modify the run_files and continue processing.

1. Errors in *.o files

• mismatched tag

Setting IPF version to :  003.31
mismatched tag: line 77, column 6

• sliced differently with different processor versions:

  Trying to combine SLC products from different IPF versions 002.72+002.43
  This is not possible as SLCs are sliced differently with different versions of the processor. 
  Integer shift between bursts cannot be guaranteed
  Exiting .......

• gap between slices:

  Number of Bursts before cropping:  10
  Number of Bursts after cropping:  5
  Stitching 2 slices together
  Offset indices =  [1 0]
  There appears to be a gap between slices. Cannot stitch them successfully.
