Occassional dem_rsmas.py error #509

For large areas I occasionally get:

Exception: ERROR starting dem.py subprocess

The use of get_boundingBox_from_ssara_kml.py may solve this. If problem persists try to split dem_rsmas.py into two. First action-download and then action=stitch. For the second use srun.
