Tomcat slow startup #37

extremaly slo on OVH public cloud machines. Seems to be due to https://attacomsian.com/blog/fix-tomcat-8-slow-start uptime of these machines is usually low so we may have very little entropy to play with

with proposed workaround -Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/./urandom takes ~1min on ovh S1-4 machines
