Create tasks to upload on a repo the geoserver/data dir

The tasks should be included in the webserver role.

Tasks to be performed:

• deploy geoserver on the Ansible manager machine
• push the geoserver/data directory to a gitlab repository

Progress update: the work is mostly done. I'm going to set the issue as "blocked" until #7 , which I am building on, gets reviewed and merged.
