Opening an instructions page from the sidebar does not focus an already opened tab #752

Clicking “Add AppMap to your project" or “Record AppMaps” does nothing if the instructions are already open in another non-active tab. I.e., if another editor window is currently visible.

The expected behavior would be that the tab becomes active and visible.

This was tested with the new experimental UI.
