Focus open install guide webview editor when it's invoked from AppMap toolwindow #769

Closes https://github.com/getappmap/appmap-intellij-plugin/issues/752

When the install guide instructions are clicked, an already opened editor is now always selected and focused.

Are the test failures related to https://github.com/getappmap/appmap-intellij-plugin/pull/771 ?

Yes, possibly as they're related to findings. I've rebased to run CI again.

Tests are passing now, except for appmap-analysis which I can't fix...
