Porter enables you to package your application artifact, client tools, configuration and deployment logic together as an installer that you can distribute, and install with a single command.
As CNAB is an implementation detail as this point, we no longer want to use the term 'invocation image'. Instead we should use the term 'bundle image'.
This PR ensures that the current references to 'invocation image' is changed to 'bundle image'.
