Reconceptualize "Research Teams" tab to "Datasets"

The tab is currently called "Research Teams", which is confusing/not great. 😕

@cconrad8 originally pointed out that it maybe should be "Datasets" -- see discussion https://github.com/gf-dcc/portal/discussions/16#discussioncomment-5746190.

Looking at the code, we even see that the actual component refers to ATLAS. Let's change title to "Datasets" and better re-conceptualize what to display. There are usually going to be multiple datasets in an atlas (i.e. an atlas is a collection of datasets), so ultimately we'll have something that looks like:

Notes:

• Data Contributor refers to the data leads who contributed/uploaded the data. They should be listed not only as acknowledgments but also to serve as contacts in case a researcher has questions about the dataset.
• See governance phase. 1 = PRIVATE (default).
• Not all datasets will have viewers/apps set up.
