Updated homepage design? #25

Currently, we have some summary numbers and a hero banner/blurb. The design could be made more appealing with a graphic representing the atlas. Perhaps really lean in to the translation from geographical atlases for the design sensibility.

Closing bc integration with info-website has given us a homepage.
