MSVC Main exits immediately on model load #6932

Compiled both with and without LLAMA_CUDA, when loading the model it just seems to give up somewhere and returns to the prompt

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, is this related to #6931? ETA: Rolling back to b2737 fixes this

It is likely the same issue. It should be fixed now.
