New file on step wise actions for the Chlamy plastidial genome analysis!

  1. When mapping the nodes to the genes why is there certain genes on forward strand in C. reinhardtii and on reverse in augustae? (see pics -petD gene for example)

  2. Am I asked to reconstruct the genome without the graph in Maul. et al?
