Preference toggle for file open dialog on launch

As an aside, would it be possible to add a preference toggle displaying the open dialog when launching the app?

Done in recent commits. @aptonline

I've added a toggle menu for this in the Stapler menu, final wording still TBD as I will probably reverse the logic

• default: show new doc selector
• user: no selector, but a blank doc is automatically created

But I am not guessing that you won't want that blank doc LOL. 😬

This is a tricky one the selector is the default behaviour of a Document-Based App (see TextEdit)
