Check why some ALA stations (or properties) aren't imported #14

E.g. Brno, Schodová.

Seems it was because we are importing it too early (some stations have quite long delay between measurement and availability of the data). Should be fixed by loading the day before yesterday by default instead of loading yesterday: https://github.com/gis4dis/poster/commit/a5b3e991d128693e0d1f1ed6892c9c1c4a507a3d
