Camera factors #2

Where do these camera factors come from? They are relevant for the camera footprint calculation. We should include the factor directly and not as a function of a camera type

again I agree. they are calculated by a thumbnail rule which describes the ration of the image. We can either engage one of the external libraries or a list with the factors but I will start with extracting them from the camera type
