This is an overview of the survey topics we're planning to explore with the 2016 Open Source Survey. I've linked to an (as yet) non-existent contributing.md here which should include guidance on the ways in which people can be most helpful improving the survey instrument (i.e. point us to related research on these topics).

This looks excellent. The only question I have is about the F in FOSS. Do we want that?
