[WIP] Design the things #5

This is a WIP, but I have some questions:

Should the branding match what I have been working on for the Open Source Handbook?

It doesn't have to, but whatever is easiest.

I really like the aesthetic of the Universe landing page, but something that designed is too much time/trouble, then let's just go with something simple.

This isn't too much time/trouble at all, though I can't guarantee it will look as awesome since this has so much less content! But I'll see what I can do.

Yeah this is looking good! BTW, I resized the partner logos (and ours) to 250px if that's useful:

@arfon Is the GitHub logo meant to be the same size as the the other partners? (I'm not sure if we are presenting this as something we are owning vs. working with others on)?

I will add the upper two logos and then I think this is ready to go! I have it in a separate directory (signup) currently, will you be able to take care of getting it up on the proper URL?

Yes, I mean getting this page up on http://opensourcesurvey.org/ -- is that something you'll be able to do?
