Fixed typos in russian translation #63

Hi! Thanks for the interesting survey!

I fixed one little typo in Russian translation.

And For questions Q14, Q15, Q16 option "Neither agree nor disagree" has been modified without loss of meaning into everyday Russian speech.

Thanks for pointing these out! I was working on writing up a bunch of other changes we made so I incorporated these edits directly into https://github.com/github/open-source-survey/pull/70.
