I try to install this plugin however, I get this error.

I have attached a photo.

NOTE: When I installed manually (downloaded files and added "homebridge-xiaomi-air-purifier-3" to roaming-appdata/npm-modules) it worked perfectly however, you cannot install it using the command on the readme page (I will not close the issue however, you can get around it).
