json.Unmarshal merges maps implicitly, so we re-initialize the map prior to accepting the payload from mqtt.

json.Unmarshal merges maps implicitly, so we re-initialize the map prior to accepting the payload from mqtt.
New robots map fine, but it appears that old controls are never unmapped.
