Need a convenient way to add a firewall exception. #9

When running on Windows it is not guaranteed that windows firewall will realize it needs to pop a UAC prompt and add a firewall exception the first time. We should add a utility command that triggers the UAC prompt immediately to provide a more convenient means of adding the firewall rule.

This is not currently a prioritized feature, please react to this issue with a :+1: if this is important to you.

Closing this as the functionality it enabled is no longer part of the Gizmo platform.
