Add confirmation before deleting an experiment #146

also, it might be good to create a safe option of “are you sure you want to delete this (public) experiment” in the web app as I think when you hit delete now it will simply delete the experiment with no way back….

even for a private experiment - just asking "are you sure" is good practice as it is easy to click on the delete button since it is in the midst of other options....
