Just the final cherry on the cake before we soft launch this thing. The TX fee stuff is now soo much nicer with the expert toggle. It also resets the input value to the actually calculated fee so everything in the screen seems to make more sense to me.
Also conforms to a few renames that are a bit less dangerous before launching.
