Error estimating gas used: message execution failed: exit 18, reason: caller type bafkqa..............33vnz2a cannot exec actor type bafkqa...............onuwo (RetCode=18)

Thank you @susmit - we are waiting on https://github.com/Zondax/filecoin-signing-tools/issues/364 to get published and then this should go away.
