resolving and IM #54

when you resolve the IM the first field is called Comments: Is that now the update field and that is going to the update? Or is that going to the Reslution?

Then you have an update visible external tick .... so I guess its an update field.

Then its sais resolution: but that looks rhater like the resolution code then an actual resolution .... with a lot of options in it. are they pulled from SM?

Yes - It is the update field, I thought comment would be more friendly, should it be changed to Update?

Yes - again an attempt (perhaps failed) to simplify for the user. When you "Resolve" the comment is the resolution and the resolution is the code. I can make the labelling match the data if that is want you want.
