Registry manager: When accepting new term, first "click" on Accept Revision doesn't work #136

Nothing happens on the first click:

But go to List, it is created:

After a change request change is accepted:

  1. the "accept revision" button should be disabled because it's been accepted.
  2. the particular row at "Proposed Revision" should be struck-through so the user cannot "accept" it again
  3. the change request should be updated that this change has been accepted.
