Personal Access Token is required even if 2-second authentication is NOT enabled #144

This appears for some users but not for others.

cc @ronaldtse — if some users have issues where synchronization does not push changes, it could be because they are using passwords. Apparently, we must require PAT from everyone :( Documentation will be updated.
