Translated versions of app’s UI #64

The labels on in the card view are not localized, i.e. "Note X to entry" should be in the local language.

The actual names of the labels can be found on isotc211.geolexica.org.

@ronaldtse Same concern as #62.

“Note” labels are artifacts of application UI, not the underlying data. The normative representation of the underlying data is not app UI.

Aside from “normativity”, language-specific UI elements are possible if/when we provide localized versions of Glossarist. This may be done in future, but we do not currently have architecture in place for that. We assume every user can use the app in English.

@strogonoff lo and behold, the question of app localization was brought up in a call last week. It would be for the future...
