Description

Created a notebook for the initialization of polymers and another notebook for the relaxation of dense polymer systems.

Resolves: #7 Documentation, need to select parameters for fast runs.

Thanks for this. I'm going to close this as the new format for examples is changing significantly for v3. I'll leave the branch and we can come back later and convert if there is interest.
