Typo fixes

Description

Fixed typos in the notebooks, and changed all headers to title case. May have accidentally changed execution counts for some cells, though no figures or outputs were affected by this.

Motivation and context

Fixes typos and creates capitalization consistency.

How has this been tested?

I built the documentation locally and looked through it for any errors.
