Description

Add Logging tutorial. This tutorial covers logging status information to stdout, thermodynamic quantities to a file, per-particle quantities with an associated trajectory and type_shapes.

It requires the loggable-simulation branch of HOOMD to run. Additionally, it uses files written in the first two tutorials so you need to run those first.
