Introduction to HOOMD tutorials.

Description

The front view used in the fresnel renderings hides the 3D nature of the system. New users would understand better that the system is 3D with an isometric view.

Can you fix it?

I can fix this, but at a later time.

Also, using keyword arguments in the numpy functions would help explain what they are doing.
