Webhook that sends alerts to a Zabbix server via trapper items.
You can create your Zabbix Hosts/Items/Triggers yourself or you can use https://github.com/gmauleon/alertmanager-zabbix-provisioner

Have a look at the default config.yaml for the possible parameters
