Threat-Sheet - 2nd possibility entry is missing #373

Dev-Branch 3.7.0: The Possibility entry on top right side doesn't work independent anymore. Until now this was availabe for the entry how usual it is for the threat to have possibilities: Common/Rare/Never/... Now it only shows the numerical entry from the left side.
