Summary

Provide a method for deploying WelsonJS on the Windows Services. The recommended specification should be compatible with at least Windows 2008.

In a previous task, there were steps related to registering WelsonJS as a Windows Service. However, since the source code from that time is not available, it needs to be recreated.

From version 0.2.7.20, WelsonJS supports the ability to create Windows Services using JavaScript. It is based on .NET Framework 4.0 and is likely compatible with a minimum requirement of Windows 2008 R2.
