Cleanup #41

Just a little bit of cleanup. Trying to remove stuff that's not needed anymore.

Fixed instructions to bring things up-to date

Stuff removed:

1. Pre-Install instruction The pre-install stuff is perfectly handled by the gibMacOS scripts
2. Tool.zip Without the need for brightness slider and ssdt/dsdt editing tools don't feel needed
3. USB Installation CLOVER Don't think we need two folders, the config in CLOVER works perfectly for installation too
4. WINDOWS_ONLY.md Outdated
5. Windows EFI Mounter Doesn't seem to be used, instead added instructions for dual boot EFI fix
