Remove .DS_Store, improve Bluetooth

Remove .DS_Store from Git

Bluetooth Kexts (credit to Rehabman): My hardware has an Intel Wireless Bluetooth 8265 should be the same for all Matebook X Pro's.

• Add BrcmPatchRAM2 in `/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/
• Add BrcmFirmwareRepo kext to /Library/Extensions works in tandem with BrcmPatchRAM2

Added some instruction in the README - these can be included in the next update. Tested on my machine, bluetooth seems to persist after a single reboot.

Steps:

1. Get dual-boot working with Windows 10
2. Install bluetooth drives in Windows from Huawei's support site
3. Reboot to Mac and install kext / place them in their proper locations
4. Reboot to Windows and make sure bluetooth is working
5. Reboot to Mac and voila should be good to go.

Bluetooth has stayed functional across 5 reboots for me so looks like a success.
