chore: In README, clarify installing prerequisites including Android Studio #85

Add instructions for optionally installing Android studio (taken from gomobile-ipfs). Also, if not building for iOS, say to edit .tool-versions and remove ruby and cocoapods, which don't work on Ubuntu.
